Jordan Carter founded Trevale Holdings to preserve the legacy of American business owners through transition of day-to-day management and ownership. Jordan brings decades of experience working collaboratively with CEOs and management teams and enable American businesses to endure over the long term.

Jordan is a Founding Partner of SIG Partners, where he supports entrepreneurs and independent sponsors to source deals, conduct due diligence, and raise capital. Jordan is also the CEO of B&A Group, a government grant services and software company that he acquired through a self-funded search in 2020.

Jordan previously worked with former Secretary of the U.S. Navy, John F. Lehman, to build aerospace, defense, government services, and technology companies. Prior roles include Advisor to the CEO, Private Equity Portfolio Company Operations at Centerbridge Partners, Private Equity Investor at J.F. Lehman & Company, and Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Centerview Partners.
